Using this site

This site describes our services and lets you apply to work with us. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to it.

The content on this site — text, design, graphics and the ShortZWay name and logo — belongs to ShortZWay. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.

Applications

Submitting an application is not a commitment on either side. We review every application and only respond when it is a fit. We work with a limited number of clients at a time, so we may decline or defer applications for capacity reasons.

Pricing is not published on this site. Every engagement is scoped individually around your library and goals, and terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

Engagements

When we work together, the specifics — scope, deliverables, timelines and fees — are set out in a separate written agreement. These site terms do not replace that agreement.

Your content

You keep full ownership of everything you send us — raw files, clips and pages. You grant us the licence needed to edit, package and publish short-form versions of your content as part of the agreed distribution work.

You confirm you hold the rights to the material you share with us and that distributing it will not infringe anyone else's rights.

Confidentiality

Client identities, libraries and results are confidential. We display case-study figures only with permission and under NDA, and never name a client publicly.

No guarantees

This site is provided as is. Distribution outcomes depend on platforms, audiences and content — we do not promise specific view counts, follower growth or revenue from anything on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ShortZWay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Our total liability connected to this site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
